Prayer Pointers Feb #2

These are in addition to #1

Health & Hospital

• We still remain confident and at peace with the hospital arrangements. We keep forgetting that Caroline is undergoing life-saving major surgery. Pray that all will go well and that the post operative care (infections and pain management) will go smoothly. Caroline will also need a lot of support from a multi-disciplinary team of doctors, nurses and therapists, remember their work in your prayers.
• Caroline is feeling a bit sniffly today. Please pray that this will not develop into anything that could postpone the operation.

Family

• Ray- he has been told that there is little point in him being at the hospital on the day of the Operation. He has decided to go to the office to tidy up all the last bits of prep and admin before the Selection Weekend. He has got a direct phone number for the recovery nurse and will keep you posted.
• Children - We all had a lovely school break. Nathan is away this weekend at a Scout Camp.
• Family Routine - We feel that it is important to keep the routine as normal as possible for the children. The children will need to gain more independence for their own stuff. Pray that Ray and Caroline's parents can support a normal routine for the children.
• Bessie & Arthur - arrive in London on the 18th Feb.
• Church Family - we are so grateful for our supportive community and we are experiencing new depths and insights on God's Grace from them.
