A couple of days before the storm!

On the recomendation of our friend Sandra, who herself had cancer, we spent two days in Brighton. Nathan and Bethany were well looked after by our good friends in Tulse Hill.
We had a lovely time together, everything was just right. We feel very much refreshed and Ray managed to relive his youth by popping into mod shops and browsing records. We want to thank everyone who made this time possible. (if you need to know of the BEST restuarant ever - then we have it- romantic, good food and kind, relaxed and efficient service!)

We are still very much at peace and have every confidence in God and in the skills and care of all the medical team at St.Thomas' hospital. Today we had some literature from BACUP a charity that supports patients and carers of cancer. It well worth visiting their site.

Our prayer points are still for our children. Bethany is happy and accepting, Nathan seems OK, but we are not sure, he is just a bit sensitive at the moment. We are so proud of them and grateful to God.

Could you also pray that we get a date for the operation as soon as possible. We would love to have the operation before the 17th February. We will keep you posted.

The pic of Caroline is from our hotel room. You can see Brighton Pier and sunshine behind her!!
