We have recently found out that we are not entitled to legal aid, our solicitor is going to check their figures, but there is no right of appeal!!
Our insurance policy requires us to use a solicitor of their choice! We personally find this irritating as this was not stated when opened the policy. Our solicitor is going to see if he can still funding from them - so please pray about this.
