Caroline is now settled in the hospital. She has had all her pre-op checks. She has been told that the operation will be at around 3.00pm (GMT) and should last about 3.5 hours. After the operation she will be moved to the high dependency unit for the rest of the evening and then she will move back to her ward sometime tommorrow.
